Wow! I am the CEO of spas and fitness centers in hotels. Yammer has changed the way I communicate. We have several locations and levels of management and this is the cooest communication tool ever.

Thanks

Will be checking out yammer shortly. It will most likely take the place of the use / misuse of our crm, google docs and internal wiki's which tend to get tangled and away from us.

This post struck a nerve with me as it is very much in-line (aside from occasional personal blog posts I can't resist) with my approach.

I've become a Yammer fan as well - we started using it at Monetate in October.

The most valuable aspect has been the increased cross-team communication (e.g. between sales and engineering). The kinds of things that would only have been discussed at our weekly company meetings before are now on Yammer instantly with what appears to be very little overhead or distraction.
