Congratulations, Lucinda! This is wonderful opportunity to explore these important questions. I wonder about the first question quite a bit. After spending time on ODesk this afternoon, I am wondering if the winners will be companies that embrace a true hybrid company with global participants (vs. an “outsourcing approach”)?
